New Home Plan Thursday - The Ashmont

Any time we have a new floorplan that includes 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, we can rest assured that it will be a big hit with Grant homebuyers.

We are excited to introduce our new Ashmont plan being built in Georgetown and Lockwood in Collierville, TN; Highlands at Forest Hill and McElroy Farms in Olive Branch, MS; Twin Oaks in Oakland, TN and White Oak in Arlington, TN. 

With 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs, the choice to use one or more of the bedrooms as flex space for an office, den or children’s study is easy.  The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bath and have access to the large bonus room.

Previews of the home design have been very positive because of the spacious family space that includes a great room/kitchen/dining area that overlooks a very large covered back porch.  The kitchen is anchored by a large quartz topped island that easily accommodates 4 barstools and features energy efficient Whirlpool appliances.  

The primary bedroom on the Ashmont is located off the great room and is the perfect retreat with its soaking tub, large walk-in shower and double vanities.
