Bentley Home Plan Selected as Silver Award Winner

The National Association of Home Builders has announced the Silver Winners (finalists) in this year’s Best in American Living Awards (BALA) for The Nationals, NAHB’s largest awards presentation.
Grant & Co.’s “Bentley” home plan has been chosen as a Silver Winner (finalist) in the category of homes 3,001 to 3,500 square feet in size. Now in its 40th year, the Best in American Living™ Awards is the building industry’s premier residential design awards program and it is an honor to have a Grant home design included in the list of finalists. Grant worked closely with Shapiro Architects to create the Bentley floorplans and elevations.
Gold Winners will be announced at The Nationals Awards ceremony celebrating the most creative and skilled residential projects on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. PST at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas during the 2025 International Builders’ Show.
